PLATFORM OVERVIEW

The governed execution platform for modern social, brand, and marketing operations.

ZoikoVertex brings AI agents, content workflows, approvals, engagement, brand governance, audit evidence, and revenue intelligence into one policy-bound operating layer.

Platform Dashboard

THE PROBLEM

Social operations have outgrown scheduling tools.

Fragmented content operations

Teams work across disconnected tools — briefs, drafts, approvals, and publishing with no governance thread connecting them. No single source of truth.

Weak approval evidence

Posts move faster than approvals. Teams lose evidence of who reviewed what, when, and under which brand policy version — leaving organizations exposed in disputes.

AI without governance

AI content tools generate at volume without provable policy boundaries, brand rule enforcement, or decision audit trails — creating legal and reputational risk at scale.

"Posts move faster than approvals. Teams lose evidence, ownership, and accountability."

Regulatory exposure without a defensible audit trail

Revenue leakage from ungoverned spend decisions

Brand risk from AI-generated content without boundaries

Strategic drift — teams optimizing activity, not outcomes

Platform Category

One platform for strategy, execution, control, and proof.

ZoikoVertex is governed execution infrastructure — not a scheduling tool, not an AI content generator. Every workflow, every agent action, every approval operates inside a defined policy boundary.

Plan

AI-guided strategy, channel intelligence, and campaign briefs connected to brand standards and approval workflows.

Create

Content Studio, AI agents, Brand Library policy checks, and structured workflow from brief to review queue.

Govern

Review Queue, Validation Desk, Approvals, policy versioning, and human-in-the-loop controls at every gate.

Prove

Immutable audit events, watermarked evidence exports, Analytics & ROI, and revenue attribution by channel.

"ZoikoVertex is not only where content is scheduled. It is where social execution is governed."

Core Capabilities

Six pillars. One governed operating layer.

Not a feature wall. A structured operating system where every capability serves a defined job within the governed execution chain.

AI-Guided Strategy

Campaign planning, channel intelligence, and performance recommendations generated by the Strategy Agent — connected to Brand Library rules and approval workflows.

Role-Based Workspaces

Every role lands where work actually happens.

Visibility does not equal authority. Actions remain permission-scoped through RBAC and ABAC — by brand, region, channel, and workspace.

CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Campaign Manager workspace

The Campaign Manager lands on the Campaigns dashboard with a scope selector for brand, region, and channel. All campaign briefs, AI agent recommendations, publishing status, and performance data are visible within their authorized scope.

FAQ

Common questions answered directly.

ZoikoVertex is a governed execution platform, not a scheduling tool. Every action taken by a human or AI agent is policy-checked, role-bound, logged, and auditable. Hootsuite and similar tools focus on publishing workflows. ZoikoVertex focuses on governance, compliance, and evidence — with publishing as one output.

Every AI agent has a defined capability scope, a list of actions it cannot perform, and full logging of every decision. No agent can bypass the governance layer, publish unapproved content, or respond to sensitive items without authorization. Final authority is always role-bound and human-in-the-loop.

No. Approval chains are enforced at the platform level. Content cannot move from draft to published without completing the required approval sequence. Crisis Console access requires dual authorization and is time-boxed.

Every action — draft creation, approval, override, read, or AI decision — creates an immutable audit event. Records cannot be edited, deleted, or back-dated. Legal hold is available on Corporate plans, freezing all records related to a matter.

Users can hold multiple roles but each role carries its own scope. Visibility does not equal authority — a user with Reviewer access cannot approve, and a user with Publisher access cannot override a compliance flag. ABAC enforcement ensures actions are always role-appropriate.

Starter includes basic activity logging and limited channel connections. Growth adds immutable audit trails and AI-assisted execution for one brand team. Scale adds multi-brand support, advanced evidence packaging, and Crisis Console. Corporate adds Evidence Vault, legal hold, SSO/SCIM, and dedicated implementation.

ZoikoVertex integrates with social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, BigQuery, Snowflake), CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM), and identity/storage systems (SSO/SAML, SCIM, AWS S3, Bynder, Canto).

Corporate deployment includes a dedicated implementation specialist, custom integration scoping, SSO/SCIM setup, Evidence Vault configuration, and a phased onboarding plan. All data residency and DPA requirements are handled during the onboarding process.
